Dates

Available sweetened or unsweetened, organic, sliced, diced, or whole, with mixed-fruit and chocolate-covered options.

Naturally rich in flavor, dried dates bring deep caramel-like notes and substantial texture to manufactured foods. Food manufacturing applications range from baked goods and snack bars to cereals, confections, fillings, and blended fruit products. Different variations allow dates to be incorporated into recipes as a prominent ingredient or a complementary component.
